This is a meditation for connecting you with your "Inner Spirit" your essence or core Self. It uses the light that is already within you as an object of focus. It's a fairly simple meditation, but is quite powerful, and potentially very deep. Please familar y ourself with the other 2 excerises before engaging this one. It is again expressed to do several cleansing breaths before doing this one. Use your "sacred space", and allow yourself some tyme alone.
I hope this has helped, and look around, there are many safe, and good ways to meditate. Find what is "right" and"comfortable" for you. I express my deepest desire for you to ream all the healthy benefits this offers. Another way of "looking" at this, it is someway that it helps our bodies to Heal natural.
